Post-traumatic Pseudoaneurysm of Hepatic Artery (Case Report and Literature Review)

Pseudoaneurysm (PA) of the hepatic artery is a rare complication abdominal trauma, iatrogenic injuries (biopsy, endoscopic cholecystectomy, liver transplantation), infections, tumors, vasculitis, acute and chronic pancreatitis. This case report presents life-threatening complications in patient who underwent surgery for lesion. Due to use CT angiography, it was possible determine cause bleeding from upper gastrointestinal tract, evaluation localization pseudoaneurysm treated with elective management.
